One of the most prestigious business buildings in Barcelona, the Beethoven building, has entrusted GARCIA FAURA to renovate its curtain wall facade. The installation works are carried out on the old facade, so that the building is not discovered.

GARCIA FAURA consolidates its presence in France with the execution of two works in Paris next year. One of them will be in a building of the Haussmann boulevard of the construction company Vinci Construction (between January and April). The second project is four new buildings of Eiffage Construction at the university campus of Massy, on the outskirts of the French capital (from May to July).

The capital of South Korea hosts until November 5 its Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism. In this edition participates the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, which present six catalan projects. Of these, three have had the intervention of GARCIA FAURA. These are the Mercè Rodoreda Library in Sant Joan Despí, the Civic Center El Roure in Begues and the Alchemika Sector in Barcelona.

GARCIA FAURA carries out this summer the manufacture and installation of the works contracted for the rehabilitation of one of the most emblematic hotel establishments in Garraf (Barcelona). Nearly 300 windows, doors and balconies of first level for the more than 200 rooms of the equipment. The Hotel Terramar will open this fall integrated in the offer of ressorts of the brand ME by Meliá.

GARCIA FAURA will execute the base rehabilitation works of this emblematic building of Barcelona, icon of its skyline, now that they have completed 25 years of its construction. It is not a simple architectural rehabilitation, but a modernization of the building to make it more efficient, safe, useful and attractive for its occupants. An important comprehensive project led by the prestigious real estate consulting firm CBRE.

The emblematic building in the center of Barcelona will host a new four-star hotel operated by the Iberostar chain. This way a new use is given to a property with a strategic situation, but that at the moment was idle, except the plant that occupies Apple Store. GARCIA FAURA develops for this remodeling more than 200 iron enclosures.

The company is responsible for the set of exterior facade and enclosures of the new hotel that the prestigious Hilton company will operate next to the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogotá (Colombia). An emblematic establishment for which GARCIA FAURA will develop, manufacture and install 15,000 square meters of exterior façade.

GARCIA FAURA executes the works related to facade and aluminum enclosures of this new equipment of Barcelona. New facilities that will replace the current tanatory, dating from 1968 having become the oldest of the entire state. It will have about thirty sailing rooms in a project developed by JF Arquitectes. The company is already working on the design and manufacturing process of the contracted works.
