The company works for the prestigious TIC brand Hewlett-Packard EMEA, in expanding its facilities in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). A new public service center, technologically advanced and which are installed high performance clousures and several solar control elements.

Opened the new SB Plaza Europa Hotel

The new SB Hotel is already fully operational at the gates of Barcelona. A modern equipment, with cosmopolitan design. GARCIA FAURA signs the outer curtain wall and more than 300 aluminum windows and glass, design soberly and with an impeccable aesthetic line. The SB Hotel Plaza Europa has 4 stars and 245 rooms.

The new student residence in Barcelona will bear our hallmark

GARCIA FAURA will play an active role in the construction of a new university residence on calle Viriato in Barcelona. The building will be 54 metres high, with 16 floors comprising residential rooms, communal living area and washrooms, plus two additional basement floors for car parking. The facility will comprise 13,300 square metres in total.

The old building Telefónica will house 200 homes and a hotel.

After a change of owners and several years to start remodeling the building, it seems that during 2017 the works were completed. The company GARCIA FAURA has been contracted to perform different jobs such as facades, closures, various structures of steel and a 700m² outdoor pergola.
