GARCIA FAURA played a part in the Lisbon Oceanarium renovation, which is the second largest aquarium in Europe. We constructed a U-shape facade enclosure and installed a fastened glass facade comprising a total of 882 square metres.

GARCIA FAURA'S high-quality and secure enclosures will be installed in the new Instituto Can Roca building, in Terrassa. Construction of the facilities will begin in the summer, and works are scheduled to last 18 months. The centre will open its doors in time for the next academic year.

In this way, all the work related to the manipulation and treatment of this material is expanded and enhanced, with a new space of 2000 square meters. The transfer of the Iron Workshop has allowed to gain new production spaces in the old facilities.

In March, the new Sancho de Ávila funeral home was inaugurated, with modern and more adequate facilities for the families of today. The facility has 20 daytime rooms, 3 oratories, a cafeteria and restaurant, spacious and bright spaces and a large central square.

The new Viladomat high school that is being built in Barcelona will have the closures of GARCIA FAURA. The secondary education center will rise in 3,760 square meters of the site occupied by the convent of the Little Sisters of the Poors, in the Eixample district of the capital of Catalonia, opposite Consell de Cent street, between Viladomat and Comte Borrell streets.

Nature Bissé, a high-end cosmetics company, is building its new corporate headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallès, a 13,500-square-meter building that will be a research, commercialization, logistics and factory center. GARCIA FAURA will intervene with the interior enclosures and a 900 square meter curtain wall.

At the foot of the Mediterranean coast of Barcelona the Residencial Célere Diagonal Port is being built, two 16-storey towers with one-to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private terraces. The project is promoted by Via Célere, a real estate company specialized in the development, investment and management of residential assets.
