The complete rehabilitation of the facilities that will be used for the Martí i Pous High School, in Building B of the Fabra i Coats, is already underway in Barcelona. GARCIA FAURA participates in the installation of 177 enclosures for doors and windows with breakage of thermal bridge, with an area of approximately 720 square meters.

GARCIA FAURA participates in the construction of the new sports center in Turó de la Peira in Barcelona. Specifically, it will install 750 square meters of curtain wall on the façade, with a continuous tap system with integration of projecting windows and motorized parallel swing. Part of this facade will bring triple glass.

GARCIA FAURA participates in the remodeling of the Lisbon Oceanarium with the installation of a U-shaped glass façade and enclosures with ventilation strips, four automatic doors and a basket for outdoor cleaning.

The sanitary equipment, the third in Viladecans, serves a population of 23,000 people in the areas of family and community medicine, and the territorial team of pediatrics that will take care of all the children of Viladecans. GARCIA FAURA has contributed to the installation of the glass façade and with more than one hundred enclosures.

One of the most prestigious business buildings in Barcelona, the Beethoven building, has entrusted GARCIA FAURA to renovate its curtain wall facade. The installation works are carried out on the old facade, so that the building is not discovered.

GARCIA FAURA consolidates its presence in France with the execution of two works in Paris next year. One of them will be in a building of the Haussmann boulevard of the construction company Vinci Construction (between January and April). The second project is four new buildings of Eiffage Construction at the university campus of Massy, on the outskirts of the French capital (from May to July).

The capital of South Korea hosts until November 5 its Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism. In this edition participates the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, which present six catalan projects. Of these, three have had the intervention of GARCIA FAURA. These are the Mercè Rodoreda Library in Sant Joan Despí, the Civic Center El Roure in Begues and the Alchemika Sector in Barcelona.

GARCIA FAURA carries out this summer the manufacture and installation of the works contracted for the rehabilitation of one of the most emblematic hotel establishments in Garraf (Barcelona). Nearly 300 windows, doors and balconies of first level for the more than 200 rooms of the equipment. The Hotel Terramar will open this fall integrated in the offer of ressorts of the brand ME by Meliá.

GARCIA FAURA will execute the base rehabilitation works of this emblematic building of Barcelona, icon of its skyline, now that they have completed 25 years of its construction. It is not a simple architectural rehabilitation, but a modernization of the building to make it more efficient, safe, useful and attractive for its occupants.
