GARCIA FAURA at the service of residential housing for senior citizens

For this building, GARCIA FAURA has been responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of 156 aluminium and glass enclosures with thermal break. In this way, the occupants of the residence will be able to enjoy the comfort of having efficient acoustic and thermal insulation, essential for the well-being of the elderly.

The residences, promoted by the Town Council of Sant Cugat del Vallès and located on la avenida Rius i Taulet (right in the old quarter of the town in the Vallès Occidental region), house persons aged over 65 and who are capable of living independently, who do not own their own property and who have a certain level of income.
