GARCIA FAURA starts the year with significant construction challenges
Garcia FAURA is starting the new year with some major construction challenges in our project portfolio. Some of these are already underway in various locations in Spain, France and Luxembourg. In addition, the company is working to secure new bids for tender. In summary, this is an intense quarter for the company’s technical and operations teams.
Among the projects already underway in Spain is the construction of the Palmas Altas shopping centre in Seville, the largest in Andalucía, where the company will develop, manufacture and install 1800 square metres of curtain wall, and 3500 square metres of triangular, rectangular and trapezoid skylights.
Another large-scale project that ARCIA FAURA is participating in is the renovation of the Sant Joan airport in Palma de Mallorca. The company will manufacture and install 575 square metres of aluminium enclosures for the executive lounge and a 2500 square metre skylight designed for pitched roofs with curtain wall aluminium profiles, with more than 21 curved curtain wall units with aluminium profiles totalling 1350 square metres.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the large Diagonal Zero residential project in Barcelona, where GARCIA FAURA will carry out various aluminium metalwork projects and install enclosures and glazing.
At international level, GARCIA FAURA will continue to work on consolidating French-speaking markets. Thus, the company is involved in the renovation of a nineteenth-century building on the iconic boulevard Haussmann in Paris, to convert it into a modern and functional office building, maintaining only the aesthetics of the exterior façade, for example,
To the north of the French capital, GARCIA FAURA is assisting with the construction of the Condorcet university campus, with the installation of aluminium closures and a composite steel curtain wall covering approximately 1500 square metres. And in the commune of Nanterre, the company will complete aluminium metalwork and curtain walling works and more for an office complex.
For the first time, GARCIA FAURA will carry out works in the city of Luxembourg, where the company will participate in the construction of a hotel and an office building. These are projects for which high-performance aluminium metalwork of the highest quality is to be carried out.
