SelvaMar Business Campus starts its activity in the 22@ district of Barcelona

The SelvaMar Business Campus business park, with facades developed by GARCIA FAURA, is already marketing its spaces and starting to receive the first occupants. It is a complex of four buildings totalling more than 30,000 square metres of modern, healthy and productive offices.

The SelvaMar Business Campus, located in 22@, the technological innovation district of the Catalan capital, has four buildings: the Arroba Building, the Espacio Building, the Control Building and the Alt Building. The latter is the tallest, with 13 floors (with more than 10,000 square metres of office space) and a terrace of 429 square metres.

The business park has spacious, bright, multi-purpose and modular offices, as well as open-air green areas, meeting spaces and an environment that facilitates dynamic and healthy work, with a perfect location for getting around the city by any type of transport.

In addition, the project is WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certified because the buildings save more than half of the indoor water consumption and recycle all the water used to irrigate the green areas. Indoor ventilation is also controlled by CO₂ sensors, renewable energy production is promoted and there is a waste recycling area, among other measures.

An important part of the contribution to the energy efficiency of the complex is provided by the façade developed by GARCIA FAURA. 18,000 square metres of stick curtain wall, formed by glazing with digital screen printing, in a project of great scope and uniqueness called to become a reference to the technological district of the Catalan capital.

GARCIA FAURA also signs, in this project, other interventions, like the manufacture and installation of 150 projecting windows, 60 doors, 3.200 linear meters of vertical louvers and 350 square meters of systems of ventilated louvers, between other performances.
