After several years of closure, the former ONCE headquarters in the District of Sant Antoni is about to become a new hub of social, cultural and neighborhood facilities. 11,000 square meters destined to become a clearinghouse of citizens’ concerns, with space for municipal services, cultural facilities and spaces for co-management neighborhood. GARCIA FAURA has completed the remodeling of the facades giving a new face to this emblematic building.

New assistance building for Mutua Terrassa

Mutual Terrassa will hold an expansion of its facilities located at the University Hospital of the capital del Valles, for which it will work GARCIA FAURA. These works will increase over 14,000m2 surface and is expected to have them completed over 2017.

GARCIA FAURA in the new project of SB Hotels

The company is developing the project, manufacturing and installing the closures and façade of glass of the new hotel promotes by SB in the vicinity of the Plaça Europa in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. The establishment, with four stars and 245 rooms, will open doors in late 2013.
