Rehabilitation of the emblematic buildings of Enric Sagnier, designed in 1891 at Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, in order to adapt the office areas to current needs and requirements. The rehabilitation project is the work of l’estudi Espinet / Ubach.
GARCIA FAURA has developed a project of 1000 meters squares of tanks and aluminum of high technical performance, with the objective of increasing the efficiency of the immovable to respect the exterior appearance in accordance with the Modernist architectural style of the building, catalog of Cultural Asset of Local Interest.
