The company is awarded the metalwork of Building A Campus dedicated to teaching and research purposes, as well as general services from UPC engineering. The new building, designed by the architectural firm of José Antonio Martínez Lapeña will be part of the new university and research campus that is being built in the Besòs coast.

Three projects with GF’s participation in the Seoul Architecture Biennale

The capital of South Korea hosts until November 5 its Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism. In this edition participates the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, which present six catalan projects. Of these, three have had the intervention of GARCIA FAURA. These are the Mercè Rodoreda Library in Sant Joan Despí, the Civic Center El Roure in Begues and the Alchemika Sector in Barcelona.

Enclosures of GARCIA FAURA for the new high school Viladomat of Barcelona

The new Viladomat high school that is being built in Barcelona will have the closures of GARCIA FAURA. The secondary education center will rise in 3,760 square meters of the site occupied by the convent of the Little Sisters of the Poors, in the Eixample district of the capital of Catalonia, opposite Consell de Cent street, between Viladomat and Comte Borrell streets.
