The Delta Business Center is an office complex designed by Pich Architects and currently under construction in Viladecans (Barcelona). It consists of four detached buildings, separated by a public green space.
Each building has been designed as a suspended volume with pillars, under which the landscape and its topography flow. This ensures continuity with the surrounding area, while encouraging a natural, landscaped experience.
Access will be via an underground hall, while the upper parts of the buildings will feature terraced volumes that will intensify lighting, interior ventilation and outdoor living areas.
The interiors will have large, functional spaces, with optimum light and temperature conditions, capable of responding appropriately to the diversity of uses that the buildings will offer.

For this project, GARCIA FAURA is developing, producing and installing 3,375 square metres of industrialised facade, with modules prefabricated in the factory and made with a substructure of galvanised steel sections clad in galvanised steel sheet.
The external face of these modules is clad in aluminium composite panels, and the space between the modules is fitted with joinery featuring aluminium profiles with thermal breaks.
The one thousand square metres of internal facade will be created using prefabricated curtain wall modules, combining glulam spruce profiles with those of the aluminium system. The modules include aluminium vents with different types of opening.
GARCIA FAURA‘s work at the Delta Business Center is complemented by others in the interior areas of the curtain wall, with general aluminium joinery and with cladding and facade coverings.
