The supermarket chain has invested €850,000 in this new establishment in Premià de Mar, located at number 32 calle Unión and comprising a surface area of 900 square metres. This is the chain’s 112th supermarket in Catalonia, and is based on a retail model seeking to provide solutions to make the shopping process easier through product distribution and organisation. It is also based around technologies that optimise fresh produce orders using data that allows future sales to be projected more accurately.
For this project, GARCIA FAURA has developed, fabricated and installed a curtain wall and double skin formed by folded and perforated aluminium sheet metal panels, which imbue an air of uniqueness to the building’s exterior appearance. Furthermore, Garcia Faura manufactured various interior aluminium enclosures and a set of exterior enclosures at street level, created from steel top/bottom U-profiles with glazing overhead.
