The Cerro de los Gamos business park in Madrid once again places its trust in GARCIA FAURA for a new phase of expansion.
The Cerro de los Gamos business complex, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), has once again called on GARCIA FAURA to renovate its office park, consisting of five independent buildings with a total surface area of 36,105 square metres.
In 2022, GARCIA FAURA was commissioned to renovate the façades of buildings 1 and 4 in the business park. In 2024, the Catalan company worked on building 3, carrying out façade work, installing a curtain wall and high-performance metal joinery.
GARCIA FAURA will now work on building 2, manufacturing and installing 2,290 square metres of high-performance fixed exterior joinery, 500 square metres of doors and windows and a curtain wall in the access area, with an integrated revolving door.
The project includes 2,000 square metres of glazing with a special solar control coating, among other tasks on the façade, such as the entire roof substructure, and nearly 1,000 square metres of steel structures, clad with aluminium composite panels and filled with insulation.
These are prefabricated structures manufactured at the GARCIA FAURA factory and installed on site using a modular system. This significantly reduces installation time and guarantees optimal quality of work.
Like the rest of the buildings in the Cerro de los Gamos business complex, the renovation carried out by GARCIA FAURA will contribute to this newly renovated building obtaining LEED Gold environmental certification, which means lower energy costs.
