De cette mani\u00e8re, 798 lits s&rsquo;ajouteront \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre touristique de la zone m\u00e9tropolitaine de Barcelone.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le projet, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Batlle i Roig Arquitectes, couvre une superficie constructible de 20.950 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Il comptera 25 \u00e9tages et pr\u00e9sentera une esth\u00e9tique v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de grand impact, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de jardini\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentes sur les fa\u00e7ades nord et sud. Cette v\u00e9g\u00e9tation naturelle s&rsquo;\u00e9tendra sur pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un millier de lames de <strong>fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> verticales, install\u00e9es par <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong>, qui se connecteront \u00e0 une pergola \u00e0 la toiture du b\u00e2timent o\u00f9 seront log\u00e9s les panneaux photovolta\u00efques du b\u00e2timent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> se charge \u00e9galement de la fabrication et de la pose de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments de <strong>fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>, tels que 1.250 metres carr\u00e9es de <strong>mur rideau<\/strong>, plus de 2.700 metres carr\u00e9es de bardage m\u00e9tallique avec panneau composite <strong>aluminium<\/strong> ou encore l&rsquo;ensemble des sous-structures m\u00e9talliques de la <strong>fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> ventil\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Pour ce projet, 773 unit\u00e9s de menuiseries en <strong>aluminium<\/strong> sont fabriqu\u00e9es et install\u00e9es \u00e0 rupture de pont thermique, avec ouverture praticable et \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le verrouillage interne ou la limitation d&rsquo;ouverture.
