Se trata de El Nacional, un espacio que reunir\u00e1 diversas propuestas gastron\u00f3micas en un mismo edificio, y que tendr\u00e1 capacidad para 770 comensales. El macroespacio, se alza en la zona interior de la manzana delimitada por el Paseo de Gracia y las calles Diputaci\u00f3n, Pau Claris y Gran V\u00eda. Los cerramientos que se est\u00e1n fabricando combinan aluminio y acero inoxidable, con especial incidencia en el aislamiento ac\u00fastico, ya que el proyecto requer\u00eda un umbral de 39 decibelios. Para ello se han combinado perfiler\u00edas de m\u00e1ximo aislamiento con cristales de altas prestaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Nacional se alza en la que fue una antigua sala de exposiciones modernista, construida a finales del siglo XIX, y que despu\u00e9s de la guerra civil se comenz\u00f3 a utilizar como parking. El proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico salvaguarda uno de los elementos m\u00e1s interesantes del edificio: la cubierta en b\u00f3veda catalana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En su interior se dispondr\u00e1n diferentes espacios gastron\u00f3micos tem\u00e1ticos, basados todos ellos en la cocina tradicional y el producto de temporada. En la parte central se articular\u00e1n varias barras de vinos, cervezas, y cavas, as\u00ed como una zona de c\u00f3cteles. Tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1n demostraciones gastron\u00f3micas, de producto y cocina. Todo ello encaminado a cautivar al p\u00fablico local y atraer el inter\u00e9s del turista.
