El complejo es uno de los ejemplos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de la arquitectura residencial parisina de la segunda mitad del siglo XX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">En este complejo se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las obras de <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de las torres Londres y Amberes, las dos m\u00e1s altas de <strong>Les Olympiades<\/strong>. Cada una de ellas cuenta con m\u00e1s de 250 viviendas sociales. La Torre Londres tiene 32 plantas y 321 viviendas, de uno a cinco dormitorios, mientras que la Torre Amberes, de 33 plantas, cuenta con 264 viviendas de dos y tres dormitorios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">El proyecto de <strong>renovaci\u00f3n<\/strong> tiene como objetivo optimizar el <strong>confort<\/strong> de los residentes tanto en invierno como en verano y lograr mejoras significativas en el <strong>rendimiento energ\u00e9tico y medioambiental<\/strong> de los edificios. Seg\u00fan el propietario del complejo, Paris Habitat (el principal gestor de viviendas sociales p\u00fablicas de la capital gala), la intervenci\u00f3n reducir\u00e1 el consumo energ\u00e9tico de las torres en un 54 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Una de las principales \u00e1reas de trabajo ser\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n de los <strong>perfiles de aluminio<\/strong>. En total, se sustituir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 2.500 unidades de <strong>ventanas<\/strong> por nuevos elementos de alto rendimiento, adaptados a los requisitos espec\u00edficos del proyecto, especialmente en lo que respecta a los aspectos est\u00e9ticos. Las nuevas <strong>ventanas<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n un acabado en dos tonos, con un color diferente en las caras interior y exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Fabricaci\u00f3n y suministro<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Para este proyecto, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> se encarga del desarrollo t\u00e9cnico de las soluciones y de la fabricaci\u00f3n de las <strong>ventanas<\/strong>, que comenz\u00f3 este mes de octubre, as\u00ed como de su entrega en la obra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">La participaci\u00f3n de <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> en este proyecto incluye tambi\u00e9n la fabricaci\u00f3n y el suministro de <strong>persianas<\/strong> con lamas de alta densidad y un sistema bioclim\u00e1tico, equipadas con controles motorizados. El nuevo <strong>acristalamiento<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n de alto rendimiento t\u00e9rmico, contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar la <strong>eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> de las viviendas y el
