{"id":42047,"date":"2026-03-12T11:06:24","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T09:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garciafaura.com\/el-miteco-confia-en-garcia-faura-per-a-la-renovacio-de-la-seva-seu-historica\/"},"modified":"2026-03-12T11:13:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T09:13:42","slug":"el-miteco-confia-en-garcia-faura-per-a-la-renovacio-de-la-seva-seu-historica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garciafaura.com\/es\/el-miteco-confia-en-garcia-faura-per-a-la-renovacio-de-la-seva-seu-historica\/","title":{"rendered":"El MITECO conf\u00eda en GARCIA FAURA para la renovaci\u00f3n de su sede hist\u00f3rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">GARCIA FAURA participa en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la sede del Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO) con el fin de mejorar su eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, respetando al mismo tiempo la est\u00e9tica del edificio hist\u00f3rico.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">La sede del <strong>Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO)<\/strong> ocupa uno de los edificios del <strong>complejo gubernamental de Nuevos Ministerios<\/strong>, concretamente en su vertiente sur, en el cruce de la plaza San Juan de la Cruz y el paseo de la Castellana, en pleno centro de Madrid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Se trata de un complejo que alberga otros ministerios y que se inici\u00f3 en la d\u00e9cada de 1930, durante la Segunda Rep\u00fablica, pero que no se termin\u00f3 hasta la d\u00e9cada de 1940, una vez finalizada la Guerra Civil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Las obras que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo actualmente tienen como objetivo <strong>mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> de la sede del <strong>MITECO<\/strong> e <strong>implementar energ\u00edas renovables<\/strong>, reduciendo as\u00ed a la mitad las emisiones de CO\u2082.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Para ello, el edificio utilizar\u00e1 <strong>energ\u00eda geot\u00e9rmica<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n sustituir\u00e1 todos sus <strong>cerramientos<\/strong> por otros <strong>con sistema de rotura de puente t\u00e9rmico<\/strong>, lo que mejorar\u00e1 el aislamiento de patios y cubiertas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">En este sentido, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> fabrica e instala m\u00e1s de 220 unidades de <strong>fachada<\/strong> para este proyecto, <strong>con perfiles de hierro y vidrio<\/strong> y diferentes tipos y aperturas, con el fin de preservar al m\u00e1ximo la est\u00e9tica del edificio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">As\u00ed, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> ha creado expresamente para esta obra una <strong>junta de estanqueidad de color verde<\/strong>, cuando habitualmente son negras a causa del material original,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">y tiradores especiales de lat\u00f3n con un dise\u00f1o cl\u00e1sico.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GARCIA FAURA participa en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la sede del Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO) con el fin de mejorar su eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, respetando al mismo tiempo la est\u00e9tica del edificio hist\u00f3rico.
