En 2024, la empresa catalana intervino en el edificio 3 con trabajos de <strong>fachada<\/strong>, <strong>muro cortina<\/strong> y <strong>cierres<\/strong> met\u00e1licos de altas prestaciones t\u00e9cnicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Ahora, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> intervendr\u00e1 en el edificio 2 fabricando e instalando 2.289,53 metros cuadrados de <strong>cerramientos<\/strong> fijos de altas prestaciones t\u00e9cnicas, 500 metros cuadrados de <strong>puertas<\/strong> y <strong>ventanas<\/strong>, y un<strong> muro cortina<\/strong> en la zona de acceso, con puerta giratoria integrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">La actuaci\u00f3n incluye dos mil metros cuadrados de <strong>cristales<\/strong> con capa especial de control solar, entre otras labores en la <strong>fachada<\/strong>, como toda la subestructura de la cubierta, y cerca de un millar de metros cuadrados de estructuras de acero, revestidas de composite y rellenas de aislamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Se trata de unas estructuras prefabricadas en el <strong>Taller de GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> y que se instalan con un sistema modular en obra.
