Los trabajos se enmarcan en la remodelaci\u00f3n de este inmueble, que ha contado con materiales sostenibles para convertirlo en un modelo eco-eficiente.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nueva sede de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturgy.com\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Naturgy<\/strong><\/a>, que se encuentra en la avenida Am\u00e9rica de Madrid, dispone de 13.000 metros cuadrados distribuidos en 12 plantas (dos de ellas subterr\u00e1neas) y donde trabajan alrededor de 750 personas en un entorno colaborativo y con procesos totalmente digitalizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La remodelaci\u00f3n del inmueble se ha desarrollado priorizando los materiales plenamente respetuosos con el medio ambiente, incluyendo la nueva <strong>fachada de muro cortina<\/strong> (de 5.400 metros cuadrados), de madera laminada de pino local desarrollada, fabricada e instalada por <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> a partir de un sistema propio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La envolvente del edificio y sus sistemas se han proyectado para convertirlo en un modelo eco-eficiente, mejorando sus prestaciones, aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y consumo energ\u00e9tico.
