{"id":26111,"date":"2020-10-28T16:41:35","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T14:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garciafaura.com\/garcia-faura-per-la-promocio-del-talent-jove\/"},"modified":"2020-10-28T16:50:13","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T14:50:13","slug":"garcia-faura-per-la-promocio-del-talent-jove","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garciafaura.com\/es\/garcia-faura-per-la-promocio-del-talent-jove\/","title":{"rendered":"GARCIA FAURA, por la promoci\u00f3n del talento joven"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda es una de las diez empresas catalanas que participan en la segunda edici\u00f3n del programa Metr\u00f2polisFPLab, una iniciativa innovadora que acerca los estudiantes de FP a las demandas del mundo empresarial y del territorio.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> ha sido elegida este a\u00f1o como una de las diez empresas de referencia para participar en la edici\u00f3n 2020-2021 del programa <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.amb.cat\/innoamb\/ca\/metropolisfplab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Metr\u00f2polisFPLab<\/strong><\/a>, impulsado por la Agencia de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico del \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Barcelona y la Fundaci\u00f3n BCN Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las empresas participantes del programa proponen una serie de retos que diferentes equipos de estudiantes deben solucionar aportando sus ideas. El premio para cada equipo ganador consiste en el desarrollo de la idea y \/ o propuesta de mejora en la misma empresa a trav\u00e9s de una beca formativa remunerada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong>, la empresa ha planteado un reto relacionado con el proceso de log\u00edstica y expedici\u00f3n de productos. La propuesta est\u00e1 junto a la de otros importantes empresas participantes como Puerto de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bTransportes Metropolitanos de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bAguas de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bel Instituto Catal\u00e1n de Oncolog\u00eda o el Circuito de Barcelona &#8211; Catalu\u00f1a, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la edici\u00f3n del a\u00f1o pasado participaron m\u00e1s de 600 alumnos de 33 centros de FP que generaron 426 ideas para ocho retos planteados, con un total de 12 proyectos finalistas y seis equipos ganadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El participaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en este programa encaja en los objetivos de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong>, que tiene en el fomento del talento uno de sus principales ejes de actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda es una de las diez empresas catalanas que participan en la segunda edici\u00f3n del programa Metr\u00f2polisFPLab, una iniciativa innovadora que acerca los estudiantes de FP a las demandas del mundo empresarial y del territorio.
