Se trata de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 2.500 metros cuadrados de fachadas de un edificio situado en el centro de Par\u00eds, concretamente en el bulevar Malesherbes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Debido a los condicionantes t\u00e9cnicos del proyecto y de la normativa francesa, la fachada del edificio debe poder absorber movimientos de estructura de hasta 5 mm. Para dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> ha desarrollado un tipo de fachada modular con un sistema muy poco frecuente que no existe en Espa\u00f1a y que se ha utilizado muy poco en Francia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Algunos de los m\u00f3dulos tienen unas dimensiones de 3,6 metros de altura y 2,5 metros de ancho, lo que ha significado un reto para <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> desde la producci\u00f3n en f\u00e1brica como desde el transporte o la instalaci\u00f3n en obra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No es nada frecuente que un edificio de dimensiones relativamente reducidas como \u00e9ste use fachadas modulares, y menos cuando se trata de m\u00f3dulos poco repetitivos. Un hecho que dota de m\u00e1s car\u00e1cter y singularidad a\u00fan al proyecto. Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan la zona del edificio, se han colocado dos tipos de m\u00f3dulos: con vidrio estructural pegado a los perfiles de aluminio, y con cristales fijados con tapetes perimetrales de aluminio por el exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Bisagras especiales<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> ha tenido que desarrollar unas bisagras especiales para poder instalar unas ventanas de apertura inglesa, un tipo para el que no hay gammistas que desarrollen este tipo de accesorios para fachadas modulares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Estas nuevas bisagras, ocultas y reforzadas, permiten soportar el enorme peso de la hoja de la ventana, la cual se adapta perfectamente a los perfiles de la fachada muro-cortina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para validar t\u00e9cnicamente la soluci\u00f3n y que \u00e9sta cumpla con la exigente normativa francesa, hemos realizado los ensayos pertinentes para validar este tipo de apertura en el conjunto de fachada. Una caracter\u00edstica propia que la hace del todo singular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Integraci\u00f3n de balcones<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n hay que considerar que, en algunas zonas del edificio, hay balcones que se han tenido que integrar desarrollando un sistema de fijaci\u00f3n oculto y que, t\u00e9rmicamente, no afectar\u00e1 al buen comportamiento de la fachada. Para ello se han desarrollado unas puertas de apertura exterior dentro de la misma fachada, con una altura de casi tres metros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n, por motivos est\u00e9ticos, se han desarrollado unas matrices nuevas, unos perfiles de extrusi\u00f3n que mediante un sistema atornillado se integran en la fachada de forma que imitan unas vigas met\u00e1licas que pasan por las zonas opacas de fachada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Finalmente, cabe destacar que la fachada incorpora unos marcos que recorren el contorno de las zonas de vidrio de los m\u00f3dulos, como si fuera una piel exterior. Los marcos est\u00e1n hechos con chapa plegada y soldada de una sola pieza que se insertan en los m\u00f3dulos con unas piezas de fijaci\u00f3n que hace que el marco sobresalga del plano de la cara exterior de la fachada.
