It consists of four detached buildings, separated by a public green space.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Each building has been designed as a suspended volume with pillars, under which the landscape and its topography flow. This ensures continuity with the surrounding area, while encouraging a natural, landscaped experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Access will be via an underground hall, while the upper parts of the buildings will feature terraced volumes that will intensify lighting, interior ventilation and outdoor living areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">The interiors will have large, functional spaces, with optimum light and temperature conditions, capable of responding appropriately to the diversity of uses that the buildings will offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">Work by GARCIA FAURA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">For this project, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> is developing, producing and installing 3,375 square metres of industrialised <strong>facade<\/strong>, with modules prefabricated in the factory and made with a substructure of galvanised steel sections clad in galvanised steel sheet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">The external face of these modules is clad in <strong>aluminium<\/strong> composite panels, and the space between the modules is fitted with joinery featuring <strong>aluminium<\/strong> profiles with thermal breaks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\">The one thousand square metres of internal <strong>facade<\/strong> will be created using prefabricated <strong>curtain wall<\/strong> modules, combining glulam spruce profiles with those of the <strong>aluminium<\/strong> system. The modules include <strong>aluminium<\/strong> vents with different types of opening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong>&#8216;s work at the <strong>Delta Business Center<\/strong> is complemented by others in the interior areas of the <strong>curtain wall<\/strong>, with general <strong>aluminium<\/strong> joinery and with cladding and <strong>facade<\/strong> coverings.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company is developing the facades, a mixed curtain wall (wood and aluminium) and metal joinery for the new commercial complex being built in Viladecans.
