GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> carries out the works of design, manufacture and installation of the facades<\/strong> of high technical performance for the different buildings that will make up the Campus of the University of Alcal\u00e1<\/strong>, in Guadalajara, which is scheduled to open the course 2026-2027.<\/p>\n The works consist of the refurbishment of the five buildings of the former Colegio de Hu\u00e9rfanas Mar\u00eda Cristina<\/strong> and its surroundings, and the creation of a new one. All of them will be connected to each other and will have different heights and layouts.<\/p>\n The buildings, which will surround a landscaped square, will house the various sections of the Campus, such as administration, departments, classrooms, laboratories, meeting and assembly rooms, a coworking area and a storage area, among others.<\/p>\n The Campus will also have an underground car park, exhibition halls with glass walls and an outdoor pergola made of laminated steel with a galvanised finish.<\/p>\n The manufacturing works of the materials that will form the envelope of the buildings are carried out in the production centre of GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> in Gav\u00e0 (Barcelona), while the installation and technical coordination is carried out from the delegation of the company in Madrid.<\/p>\n In this work, GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> will manufacture and install 1.900 square metres of curtain wall<\/strong>, in addition to 1.700 square metres of high performance glazing<\/strong>, as well as other works in fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> (lattices, sunshades, enclosures…).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The company will manufacture and install curtain walls and glazing, among others, in the various buildings that will have the university equipment of the municipality of Castilla La Mancha.
