The works are part of the remodelling of this building, which has been made with sustainable materials to turn it into an eco-efficient model.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new headquarters of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturgy.com\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Naturgy<\/strong><\/a>, which is located on Avenida America in Madrid, has 13,000 square meters distributed over 12 floors (two of them underground) and where about 750 people work in a collaborative environment and with fully digitized processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The remodelling of the building has been developed prioritising materials fully respectful with the environment, including the new <strong>curtain wall fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> (5,400 square metres), made of local pine laminated wood developed, manufactured and installed by <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> from a proprietary system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The building envelope and its systems have been designed to make it an eco-efficient model, improving its performance, thermal insulation and energy consumption. Thus, <strong>GARCIA FAURA<\/strong> has also installed 1,800 square metres of <strong>ventilated composite fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> with self-cleaning treatment in some areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other interventions of the company in this building have consisted of 100 square metres of <strong>curtain wall<\/strong> on the ground floor and 94 units of <strong>aluminium enclosures<\/strong> in stairs and terraces, in addition to 600 linear metres of large slats made with a proprietary system developed by our <strong>Technical Office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company Naturgy has inaugurated its new headquarters in the Spanish capital, a building whose fa\u00e7ade has been developed and installed by GARCIA FAURA.
