It also wants to achieve 75% sustainable waste management, 32% energy savings and 45% water consumption.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comfort for people using a smart complex<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another certification that aims to achieve the complex is the <strong>Well Platinum<\/strong> of health and comfort of people using the <strong>Smart<\/strong>. The seal evaluates aspects such as water quality, lighting or ventilation system filters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As if this were not enough, the complex will be connected to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.districlima.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Districlima<\/strong><\/a>, an urban network for the generation of heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water from the steam of the energy assessment of waste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, it should be noted that <strong>Smart<\/strong> will be a smart complex.
