GARCIA FAURA believes in the territory and its people. Therefore promotes locally recruited policies, strengthening the economic sector of proximity and closeness talent. 70% of company employees have their residence within 10km. facilities. The Human Resources Department is coordinated with employment exchanges of the municipality and the region to boost hiring proximity.


This policy is also reflected in the relationship with suppliers, committed to working with local partners. The Purchasing Department derives a high percentage of unskilled orders to closeness providers, encouraging the creation and development of entrepreneurship in the territory. A way of being awarded in 2011 with the City of Gavà Economics Award.


GARCIA FAURA commitment to youth and continuous training as pillars of its policy of growth and consolidation. We work in coordination with the country's universities and specialized professional training centers to identify new potential values at which we offer practice contracts or training stays in the company. Youth gain work experience in a professional structure, and the company thrives on creative potential and enthusiasm of these.


At the institutional level, the company is actively involved in programs to support entrepreneurial talent and offers its facilities for conducting technical training sessions. A formation that is also transferred to all staff, allocating nearly 10% of annual profits to training programs for workers.


GARCIA FAURA is a family business, and this way of understanding the company is extended to the entire corporation. For this reason we are committed to the direct involvement of workers in taking business decisions, having created organs such as the Board of Directors (formed by managers from different areas of the company), the Bureau of Safety and Health (integrated by operators of the various workshops of the company) or the Quality Commission (which aims to extend the concept of quality not only in the manufacture of products but the entire organization in all processes).
